Only works on Windows 7 SP1 or newer.. I have this on my home laptop and love it. I wanted to use this at work for creating images to use in procedure documents but, since my employer is stuck in 2002, tech-wise, we are running XP Pro. The page says that this is compatible with Windows XP, but the installer says "Windows 7 SP1 or newer is required." Just a heads-up.

what the heck!?!?. I tried drawing on it and the only thing that will work right now is the expandable circle. No different colors. so my master peice: 1 black circle. I mean I didn't really care for Gimp2, but at least I could EVEN DRAW with it. Pros: I can make circcles O. M. G. The layout would be nice if it worked. Cons: Everything except for the above.

I find it more powerful and easier to use that TheGimp. But some feel TheGimp is more like Photoshop. This should be microsoft's original paint. Paint.net is a great paint program, and really easy too use. The appearance is stylish with the 3.5.5 version, and it was also made simpler. You couldn't do much with paint (except the win 7 paint) which is why if you don't if you like photo editing, have win 7, and you're not that advanced at computing, this is definately for you. If you have a touchscre More
